What to expect when you come in
Every client starts with a free 15-minute phone consultation, with no commitment and no pressure. We'll listen to what you're hoping to work through, answer your questions about scheduling or insurance, and match you with a licensed counselor whose approach fits your goals. When you're ready, your first session can take place in person at our Great Neck office located on the 2nd floor at 175 East Shore Road (Room 208) or online through telehealth.
Office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM and Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM for clients coming from Great Neck, Manhasset, New Hyde Park, Roslyn, Little Neck, Port Washington, and other nearby communities.
Our counselors treat anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, and relationship concerns, and work with individuals, couples, families, children, and adolescents. Care draws on evidence-based approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), DBT, and trauma-informed methods. We are in-network with most major health plans, and we can verify your benefits before your first visit.
